The daytime world has some great news for fans of popular characters this week. General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful see some returning faces. Meanwhile, a few characters, including one popular veteran, are rumored to be leaving Days of Our Lives. Who’s coming and going on daytime TV from September 9 to 15? Keep reading to find out.
A Top Model Gets Bold and Beautiful Again
Keith Carlos, the winner of America’s Next Top Model cycle 21, is returning to B&B as Danny the bartender this week. The NFL pro-turned-model got his acting break on the CBS soap in 2018 and also had recurring appearances back in March and April of this year.
GH Brings Back Wyatt the Scout
One Life to Live alum Patrick J. Gibbons came onto GH as the boy scout Wyatt last year. In August, he shared on Twitter that he would be returning as Wyatt soon. Now it’s been confirmed by Gibbons himself that his episodes will air on September 10 and 17.

Dr. Andre Is Back in Port Charles
Anthony Montgomery has been playing Dr. Andre Maddox since 2015, and was moved to recurring status in 2017. He has since been on GH on and off.

Last week, Andre was discovered unconscious and in the hospital. There was no explanation given—except that Andre was all alone when he stumbled into an ER and collapsed.
Julie’s Not Going Anywhere on DOOL
Julie, one-half of the Doug and Julie soap power couple, is an indelible part of DOOL. So when she collapsed recently, her fans couldn’t help but worry that this is the end for Julie.
But soap veteran Susan Seaforth Hayes previously revealed Julie’s airdates on Twitter, indicating that Julie is going to be here for a long time.
Is Brandon Barash Leaving DOOL?
Speculation is rife that Brandon Barash may be exiting the show after replacing Tyler Christopher as Stefan DiMera in March 2019. According to Daily Soap Dish, DOOL will give Stefan a face swap.
But with Julie in the hospital and awaiting a heart transplant, there’s a rumor that something will cause her to get Stefan’s heart. It’s speculated that something will happen to Stefan, and that his wife, Gabi, will decide to donate his heart to Julie, who she left to die.
But this is only speculation at this point and there’s no confirmation that the storyline is headed that way.
