Allynne is also a house performer at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, and regular performer with ASSSSCAT, Wild Horses, and Last Day of School. Additionally, she was part of the longest running Harold Team, Arts & Athletics. Her solo show Urban Adjacent was so popular amongst at the UCB Theatre that it had an extended run. Her play, Library Cards, was co-authored by Zoe Jarman.

In 2013, Allynne toured the country with Mr. Show: An Evening with Bob and David (and Posehn). In 2012, she went on another national tour with Drew Carey and sketch comedy group, The Midnight Show. Allynne is married to stand-up comic, writer, and actress, Tig Notaro. The two met on set of the film In a World…. In an interview, Notaro opened up about her personal life, saying, “I think the one thing I haven’t had is a relationship that fulfilled me and made me excited about being with that person forever, and I have that now, for the first time in my life.” She further added, “That drives me to work on that and invest in that. I still want to live my life and pursue my career, but my personal life and my relationship, my family, it’s more important than ever.”

After dating for a while, the couple decided to take their relationship to the next step and got engaged on January 1, 2015. Notaro and Allynne walked down the aisle on October 24, 2015. Their wedding was attended by stars like Lake Bell, Sarah Silverman, Lucy Lawless, Jessica Williams, and Alicia Silverstone.

On June 26, 2016, the couple welcomed twin boys, Finn and Max, who were conceived using Allynne’s eggs and born via surrogate.
