Although Kristina Schulman is from Lexington, Kentucky, she was actually born in Russia and was adopted by an American family. The 24-year-old contestant is a dental hygienist. No wonder her smile is so bright and beautiful!
When asked about the person she admires most in the world, Schulman said, “My parents. It takes courage to open your heart and home to four orphans and give them a life otherwise unobtainable.”
Before being adopted, Schulman had a difficult childhood. Her birth mother was an alcoholic, who gave up her kids as a result of her addiction. If she had the chance, Kristina Schulman would be her biological mother for a day in order to understand her mindset.
