If you’re in a May-December relationship, whether you’re the older man or the younger woman, you’ve probably been asked at least once about your sex life. That’s because people are curious about the chemistry in the bedroom—if she’s young and vivacious, and he’s significantly older, can he keep up? Or even more importantly, can he get it up?
A lot of younger women who are in a May-December relationship with an older man will tell you that their sex life is not only active, but it’s very satisfying as well. A lot of the women on EarnTheNecklace.com have said that they enjoy sex more with their older man because he knows what to do, and how to do it, and he always aims to please. It turns out they’re not the only ones because according to a recent survey by a popular U.K. magazine, people over 50—the perfect sugar daddy age—are not just sexually active, but they’re getting it on more than they used to.
The survey asked almost 9,000 individuals over the age of 50 about their sex life and the results revealed that almost three-quarters (71%) of them are happy with their healthy sex life. A similar study was done back in 2007 and found that 65% of over-50s had a healthy sex life, so that number has gone up in the past six years.
This recent study also found that a third of the respondents enjoy sex more now than they did when they were younger. It’s hard to say for sure why they’re having better sex—it could be anything from more experience, to just being more comfortable with who they are and what they want in bed. Whatever it is, it seems to be working.
So, there you have it: sex really can be better with an older man, at least for him. But it’s also been shown that the happier he is in bed, the more satisfied she will be too, so it’s a win-win situation.
What do you think: Does sex get better after 50?
