Considering its gruesome penchant for ‘out of the blue’ twists and untimely killings of pivotal characters, HBO’s Game Of Thrones will keep this trend go on for season six as well. Fresh teaser trailers are out almost every week till the premiere, and are spilling out a bit of the unexpected thrills awaiting in season six. And, after watching them, here’s are few things we’re likely witness in the upcoming season.

Return From The Dead

The teaser trailer, released in December last year, looks back at the last season’s demised character Jon Snow (Kit Harrington). The brutal stabbing of Lord Snow in finale of season five left the show’s viewers stunned to pure hysteria, and made the fans of this character go mad. Most of the show’s viewers were not satisfied by the fate of Jon Stark, as the character seemed to be deserving Stark heir for the Iron Throne. While speculations of Jon Snow’s return in this season are doing the round, some fear that he may return from the dead, but not as himself. Spoilers and GOT fanatics expect Snow to come back as a dead cold White Walker. The teaser trailer also reveals deaths of the characters in past season, hinting that apart from Snow, other forgotten heroes and adversaries might as well ‘come to life’!

Bran Stark

Rise Of Bran Stark

The end of this teaser trailer revealed a glimpse of young Stark scion, Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright). After being absent almost the entire fifth season, Bran’s part in this season seems to be more riveting and intense. Bran will be seen alongside the Three-Eyed Raven (Max von Sydow). While the two have been sitting under a tree for past seasons, this season is likely to show them facing surreal sequences in Winterfell, or some other castle.

Fall Of Khaleesi

GOT teaser trailers spill out of battles raging between the Kingdoms in the upcoming season. A snippet of the teaser shows the torn-out Targaryen battalion pennant waving amid a battle aftermath. The half a minute long teaser speaks of the defeat of their condemned queen (Khaleesi), Danerys Targareyn (Emilia Clarke) in the Targaryen language. The teaser subtitles this war cry that ends by calling her ‘Queen of Nothing’. This season might show Khaleesi lose the battle, but let’s not underestimate her as we can’t forget her beastly children, the Dragons!

Starks Assemble For Battle

Another snippet of the ragging war show Stark’s battle banner held high across the mountains. This teaser shows lightnings hitting the valleys as Ramsay Bolton’s (Iwan Rheon) menacing words ‘Winterfell is Mine, Come and See’  echo in the thundering night. This just means that the Wolves are ready to take down the Lions and any one who come’s to claim their reign.

Destitute Westeros Overthrows Lannisters

Now, the powerless Lannisters while have to face battles raging between Seven Kingdoms. This next teaser show a sunrise on the bay of Westeros with Lannister’s battle flags flying with the air. The background brings in bells ringing, as a voice speaks ‘Every one of us is poor, and powerless. And, yet together, we can overthrow an empire’. This slogan is also teasing a lot about the Lannister rule being overthrown form Westeros.
