Earlier this month, Venus Williams won her third title for the season after she took home the WTA Elite Trophy. The win officially secured her triumphant return to the list of the top 10 players, something she hasn’t enjoyed since 2011.

There’s no doubt that Williams put in serious training to get back to the top. But as any professional athlete would probably tell you, diet also plays a big role in staying in the game—if that’s the case, then seeing what these pro diets look like would be a huge help.

So what does a champion tennis star like Venus Williams down for breakfast before she hits the court? Fortunately, she shared the answer to just that with her 397,000 Instagram followers. Williams wrote, “Starting the morning with tennis, fitness, and healthy goodness to feel the day!” With the caption, she shared a photo of two tennis balls on the court and a water bottle filled with a green shake, According to a post-it note on the bottle, it was made with spinach, mixed greens, mango, banana, cucumber, parsley, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseed. Sounds like everything you need to kick start the day!

While Williams focuses on her training regimen and diet, she’s relying on her fans to help her win yet another coveted title—the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Comeback Player of the Year. Williams is one of four finalists, and fans have till December 6 to cast their vote online for this particular category of the 2015 WTA Awards.
