That’s because Khloé Kardashian recently made the cover of yet another magazine, only this time, it wasn’t a fashion magazine or tabloid. The youngest of the Kardashian sisters will be appearing on the cover of the May 2016 issue of Shape magazine, talking about her body, including working out, healthy living, and past body shaming. And of course, Khloé Kardashian’s Shape magazine appearance comes with a lot of pics for the related photo shoot.
According to an article published on the magazine’s web site, Khloé Kardashian’s weight loss trick is simply to stay motivated by doing the workouts she enjoys. Successful results inspire her to do more, and looking good means feeling good; to accentuate that, she even wears makeup to the gym! She also says that exercise is good for stress and a bad mood in general. Coincidentally, the reason for stress and the reason she started working out in the fist place are the same: Lamar Odom—first due to the couple’s breakup, and then later when she had to worry about caring for him while he was hospitalized.
