Dancing with the Stars season 24 premiered last week and the athletes are going for the win! NFL-pro Rashad Jennings is showing he’s got the moves with Emma Slater. Meanwhile Slater’s fiancé, Sasha Farber is partnered with another sports star, Simone Biles on Dancing with the Stars season 24 and is at the top of the leaderboard. If it continues, she’d be following in her teammate and DWTS season 23 winner, Laurie Hernandez’s footsteps and taking home the Mirrorball Trophy. Besides ruling the gymnastic floor and the ballroom, the 20-year-old knows how to rock Instagram.
The Ohio native celebrated her 20th birthday on March 14, only a few days before the season premiere of DWTS. Don’t go by her 4’8″ height —everything this pint-sized Olympian does is larger than life! She made her ballroom debut with Sasha Farber, dancing an exciting tango to “Untouchable” by Tritonal & Cash Cash. The pair were scored 8’s from each judge, bringing their total score to 32, the highest of the night. Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater were behind by a single point.
