Shiva Safai will soon be known as Gigi and Bella Hadid’s stepmother! The 35-year-old model-turned-entrepreneur is engaged to Mohammad Hadid. She is also a member of the Second Wives Club cast. The show will document the lives of Shiva Safai and Mohamed Hadid, along with six other women whose husbands have all been married before.
Who is Shiva Safai?
Shiva Safai is a model and entrepreneur. Born on August 26, 1980, Shiva Safai is of Iranian descent but grew up in Norway. She and her family moved to the United States when Safai was 19 years old.
Engagement to Mohammad Hadid
The 35-year-old is currently engaged to 68-year-old real estate developer, Mohammad Hadid. In an interview with E!, Safai speaks quite fondly of her fiancé, saying that the vast age gap doesn’t bother her because, “I’m an old soul and he’s young at heart.” She also adds that Hadid “brought back the sparkle I was missing in my eyes and he really, really put the broken pieces back together.” So cute!
Shiva Safai had been married once before but, unlike her husband, she has no children from her first marriage. Mohammad Hadid was married twice before. His first wife was Mary Butler and he had two daughters with her: Alana Hadid and Marielle Hadid. In 1994, Hadid married famous model Yolanda van den Herik. Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, and Anwar Hadid are his children from his second marriage.

Shiva Safai is a big fan of Big Macs and fries. She calls herself the “chili queen” and says she absolutely cannot be without hot Cheetos or Doritos. But when she wants a really great meal, she heads to Madeo’s on Beverly Boulevard for their branzino.
Her Massive Mansion
Her 50,000 square foot mansion sits on about 2.2 acres of land in Bel-Air. Money is clearly no option, as there are three chandeliers just in the main elevator! There are paintings on the second floor that are all painted by Hadid. She even had Michael Jackson stay in her mansion!
What’s in Her Closet?
The most expensive items in her closet are her Chanel jackets and the least expensive things are Zara tops and H&M clothing. One of her most cherished items is a purse that her fiancé painted Micky Mouse’s face on the front of, and his backside on the back. When it comes to drug store products, Safai loves Neutrogena Wipes.
