Given the proliferation of the Kardashian family in the media, who would have thought that social media would be the place to see the famous family at their most natural? Well, that’s where they make their true selves known, even if without knowing it as Rob Kardashian’s Snapchat featured his famous stepsister, Kylie Jenner, in her natural habitat: in front of a mirror taking selfies!
The video, which may be a new level of meta for the selfie phenomenon, saw Rob Kardashian, along with both Jenner sisters, visiting Caitlyn Jenner’s residence. However, Kylie Jenner apparently chose her own reflection over the family, taking to a bathroom to apparently capture photos of herself. However, unbeknownst to her, Kardashian went to check on her and decided to have the camera rolling when he did after finding her in the midst of what could have been the next big Kylie Jenner selfie.
Rob tries to get her attention, saying “Hey, hey, YO” but going unheard—though, given how close he was, it seems more likely that he was ignored. However, Kylie’s parent has much greater success as Caitlyn Jenner yells her name, finally getting a reaction. And the look on her face is priceless as she realizes she was being recorded the whole time. You’d think she’d be used to always having a camera in her face by now!
This bonding session between Kylie Jenner and stepbrother Rob Kardashian comes a week after Jenner made peace with Kardashian’s fiancee, Blac Chyna, who is also the mother of the child of Jenner’s boyfriend, Tyga. The two patched things up on Thursday, as we recently reported, following a tense back-and-forth between the two over social media. The end of the Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna feud may be what led to the Jenner sisters spending this quality time with Rob Kardashian; after all, they can now have a conversation with him without it turning into lectures about his choice in a fiancée!
