One adorable contestant who made a funny first impression with Nick is 25-year-old, Raven Gates. She’s more than a decade younger than Nick (36) yet he believed she was worth passing the first rose ceremony. Reality Steve reported that the couple enjoyed a fun family hangout last October, and they seemed to have a great time. Oh, and he loves her sweet southern accent, of course!

She has Strong Family Relationships
Like Nick, the fashion boutique owner is also close with her family. Raven’s father is a huge inspiration to her and on one Father’s Day, she posted on Instagram, “My dad and I share the same intellect, personality, and humor. & I’m proud of that! He’s been a dad to many of my friends & a great role model of Christ. I love my dad!” During her interview for the show, she said she spends most of her time running her business and hanging out with her family, but she’s lonely and ready to find love.
