Recently, on November 25 it was revealed that rapper Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie) has kidney cancer. The 33-year-old shared the news via Twitter and Instagram, but was advised to take it down. However, this didn’t stop fellow artist, T.I. from wishing him a speedy recovery from surgery for the same.
Late last night the rapper shared a photo to Instagram with the caption, “All our prayers go out to Da King of Trill @officialboosieig U got dis shit beat lil bro… From me & mines to U & yours!!! [sic].”
Fans of both the hip hop artists sent best wishes to Boosie. They wrote, “Always with you brother on another level [sic],” and, “Texas takes care of its own.” Although, what stood out in the image was Boosie’s chain. It was a solid gold piece with a sizable pendant of Jesus Christ. One fan was so shocked they said, “Jesus piece look like a 4 year old baby!!! [sic].”
On a more serious note, Boosie is set to go under the knife today. On Instagram he shared a photo and captioned it, “To all my family, fans n supporters I really appreciate the love n concern that’s been giving to me since I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Tomorrow I go n for surgery n I need prayers for a great surgery n rehabilitation at the MdAnderson cancer center GodGotme [sic].”
On this photo as well, fans could not help but get emotional. They assured him that he was in their thoughts and prayers and also told Boosie to “kick sum cancer ass [sic].” One fan went so far to say, “I’d donate my liver for you bro.”
