Quincy Adams Morgan is the daughter of John Adams Morgan and great-great-grand-daughter of J.P. Morgan, founder of J.P. Morgan & Co. She has an influential lineage on her father’s side. Quincy Adams Morgan is a direct descendant of U.S. Presidents, John Adams and John Quincy Adams.
According to a proud Sonja Morgan, Quincy Adams is a very high achiever and they completely support each other.
A Proud Mother
“I’m very close to my daughter and she’s a very high achiever,” Sonja Morgan gushed to Bustle. “I’m very proud of her, I worry, and I support her 100 percent, because she achieves so well.”
Quincy Adams Morgan is a straight-A student, who is currently in her sophomore year at boarding school. Through her years with RHONY, Sonja Morgan has kept her daughter away from the spotlight. But when inquired, she talks quite highly and tenderly of Quincy Adams. Morgan says that she sees traits of herself and her ex-husband, John Adams Morgan, in her daughter.
“The finance side, she definitely got from [her father]. She is a math wizard. She got that from the J.P. Morgan side,” Sonja said. “But she got the humility from the John Adams side, you know, from John Adams, John Quincy Adams, and I like to think my side of the family has humility and religion.”
Sonja Morgan revealed that Quincy Adams is quite creative and multi-lingual. She likes fashion, architecture, and is interested in charity work, as well.
Adams made a red carpet appearance with her mother at the premiere of Hulu’s Difficult People in NYC on July 11, 2016. She contrasted her mother’s sophisticated get-up in a tank tucked into a matching skirt, and completed her summer style with multicolored heels.
Although Adams might follow her mother’s fashion sense, she is least interested in the drama that comes with reality shows. As Sonja Morgan told Bustle when her daughter became old enough to watch her mother on Bravo, “She lost interest very quickly.” Therefore, it is safe to say that Quincy Adams might not be seen on RHONY for some time.
