She Cares for the Environment
Muehlenbeck not only cares about her clothing line, but she also cares about how her products are made and she tries to be as eco-friendly as possible.
“If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know that my label @slinkii tries to be as eco-friendly as possible and today I am so excited to announce that our new swimwear collection is made entirely from reclaimed fishing nets from the ocean, [sic]” she captioned a photo.
She added, “This may not seem like a big deal, but hundreds of thousands of marine animals die from getting tangled in abandoned nets each year. Our fabric now funds ocean clean ups that are saving dolphins, turtles and many more species. ”
Pia Muehlenbeck’s Diet
Everyone thinks it’s easy for models and other celebrities to stay fit, but your abs are often made in the kitchen, not just the gym. In an interview with Popsugar Australia, the young model talked about what foods keep her fit.
“I like to do yoga or cardio first thing in the morning, and then follow it with a well-deserved big, healthy brekky! To keep things interesting, I like to switch between a few options, but my current top two go-tos are a salmon and egg stack, or a peanut and banana smoothie.
For lunch: “I have lunch around 1 p.m. and tend to opt for a source of protein, like chicken or tuna, with a raw vegetable salad. One fun thing I like to make is lettuce wraps with chicken, tomato, cucumber, hummus and paprika powder.”
And when it comes to dinner, she says, “I try to have dinner fairly early, around 6:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. My top choices are steamed fish with Asian greens, chicken, broccoli and sweet potato, and a vegetable soup or garlic prawns with zoodles.”
Pia Muehlenbeck’s Workout
The young model is set to wear three dresses on the big day when she ties the knot with fiancé, Kane Vato. But as any bride knows, there’s always some extra work to put in, especially to get you into the perfect dress.
“I’d say my butt and legs,” said Mueehlenbeck on what problem areas she focuses on when working out. “Everyone has parts of their body that are harder to tone than others and those areas just need some extra attention for me. It’s interesting because I used to be focused on being thinner and lighter, but as I’ve grown older and more comfortable with myself, I’m more about sculpting curves and feeling healthy and happy!”
