It seems like celebrities are always looking to get their hands in something outside of their given careers. Today, musicians Pharrell Williams and Ciara, and tennis star Maria Sharapova took to their respective Twitter accounts to announce some exciting new deals and endorsements they will be involved with in the near future.
Super producer, singer, songwriter, and judge on The Voice Pharrell Williams announced he is now the co-owner of GStar Raw, a clothing company with appeal to the luxury urban demographic for over three decades. They specifically focus on raw denim material, which is most notably seen in their jean collection.

Not to be outdone, R&B singer Ciara will be leading the Keds campaign. Keds has been a staple in the American sneaker industry since the beginning of last century, adding Ciara to a long line of endorsers, the most notable being pop star Taylor Swift.

Maria Sharapova is sticking a bit closer to her sport. She announced via Twitter that she will be partnering with Evian Water. She posted that she “shot the new campaign in Moscow,” and is preparing fans to “stay tuned.” Sharapova has worked with Evian in the past (they’re also the official water supplier for Wimbledon), so it doesn’t come as much of a surprise to hear that she’s part of their latest campaign.

Endorsements are, of course, nothing new to celebrities. From fashion brands, to perfume, electronics, and even food, brands are often taking chances on celebrity influence to help bolster their products. We’ll have to wait and see how these celebs fare in each of their new ventures!
