Billingsley was nominated for a few Young Artist Awards in the early part of his acting career, in 1982, 1983, and 1985, respectively. He won the award for Best Leading Young Actor in a Feature Film for his role as Jack Simmons in the movie The Dirt Bike Kid in 1987.

It also has a built-in spa surrounded by a lawn, arched double doors at the front of the house, a living room with doors leading to the backyard, and travertine and hardwood floors throughout the first floor.
