Tarek El Moussa’s Divorce
The Flip or Flop stars finalized their divorce on January 22. They are parents to daughter Taylor Reese El Moussa, 7, and son Brayden James El Moussa, 2.
El Moussa and his former wife, 34, have agreed to refrain from making “any disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party in the presence of the minor children or either of them.”
The judgment also includes that both Christina and Tarek El Moussa “shall not permit the minor children to be in any place where any person (regardless of whether such person is a relative, friend or significant other) is making disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party.”
Both parents get equal parenting time since they were given joint custody. But the division of holidays haven’t been determined, although they split them equally.
According to People, “Tarek will have custody of the kids Wednesday through Saturday, as well as the third weekend of every month. Christina will have custody Saturday through Wednesday, as well as the first weekend of every month.”
The exes are also allowed to take their kids on two seven-day summer vacations. And they have to exchange respective vacation days before May 1 of each year.
A full itinerary and contact list must be given by each parent no later than two weeks before the scheduled vacation. Well, it sounds like they opted for the Ben Affleck/Jennifer Garner divorce package!
