Manny Pacquiao may be one of the top boxers of the decade, but he is also a great father, husband, and son. The 36-year-old lives his life in a very different style than how one would expect a pro athlete to. Pacquiao is a man of faith and principles, and he continues to inspire millions around the globe every single day. While his counterparts are busy showing off their wealth, Pacquiao, on the other hand, spends his time trying to make the world a better place.
His Facebook posts are filled with inspiring words and helpful information for followers. The latest photo he shared was of himself and his wife, Jinkee Jamora, with the caption, “God’s favor is not just for a few people, it is available to all those who will walk according to the principles of God’s Word. God Bless everyone.” He then went on to quote a verse from the Bible. His fans praised him for his lifestyle and even compared him to Floyd Mayweather Jr., saying, “The way you treat your wife and always quote the gospel on your posts inspires me… I was thinking all boxers live a wayward life like Mayweather until I liked your page and found out you are entirely different… I like your way of life! [sic]”
Meanwhile, Oscar De La Hoya has predicted that the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao rematch will happen, most probably next year. However, the Golden Boy also lashed out at the former, calling him a coward for fighting “lesser opponents.” In response, Mayweather accused him of being “jealous” for not being included in his company, Mayweather Promotions.
