Kyle Richards' Estimated Net Worth: $50.0 million

If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, two things are pretty obvious—the ladies have a penchant for drama and the ladies have oodles of money! Kyle Richards is one of the multi-hyphenate Housewives who makes a pretty penny on and off the show. Her successful career is what makes her net worth an estimated $50.0 million. Kyle Richards Began Her Career as an Actress

Kyle Richards’ (born on January 11, 1969) road to riches began when she was very young, with her first credit being an episode of Police Woman when she was just five years old.

After appearing in minor roles in several TV movies and series, Richards landed her most well-known role as Alicia Sanderson Edwards in Little House on the Prairie, from 1975 to 1982. She also starred as Lindsey Wallace in the cult classic horror Halloween and is set to reprise her role in the 2020 sequel, Halloween Kills.

She’s also had recurring runs on primetime and daytime TV series, as Nurse Dori in ER from 1998 to 2006 and a short stint as Casey McGraw in Days of Our Lives, respectively.

Though not a newbie to the reality scene, Kyle would make her own reality TV breakout with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when season 1 premiered in 2010. She has appeared in all the associated Bravo shows, too, and even competed in The Apprentice.

Her sister Kim was also a permanent cast member on the show until season 6, when she became a friend of the Housewives.

Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle are the only remaining Housewives who have been with the show since season 1. It’s no surprise that Kyle picks up a paycheck worth $270,000 every season.

Kyle’s Clothing Stores Were Shut Down

The reality star owned the boutique, Kyle by Alene Too, not far from Lisa Vanderpump’s (in)famous restaurant. The Beverly Hills location opened in 2012 and she had more stores in two New York locations.

However, all stores were quietly shuttered in 2018. The stores were closed after it was reported that American Woman, the comedy series she was executive producing, was canceled by Paramount Network after only one season.

However, there’s no reason to panic. Richards’ business isn’t in trouble.

She plans to reopen the store and e-commerce site in 2019, after revamping the brand. Her clothing collection is no longer associated with Alene Too and will feature a more expansive collection.

And it’s not like Kyle’s bank account is hurting, either. She does earn between $5,500 and $9,000 per post in Instagram endorsements.

Besides, she’s also a successful author after publishing her memoir, Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All.

Kyle Richards’ Husband Has a Real Estate Agency

Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, is a real estate agent and co-founder of The Agency, a real estate firm that handles multi-million dollar properties, often with celebrity connections. Some of his celebrity clients include Michael Jordan, Lady Gaga, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

But the real estate business hasn’t been smooth sailing for Umansky. He apparently strained Kyle’s relationship with her sister, Kathy, after leaving his former associates, the Hiltons, to set up his company.

He’s also been sued multiple times for botched deals. Not long ago, he was sued for alleged fraud relating to the sale of a $32.0 million home. And reports claim that he’s facing another lawsuit again.

Richards’ first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, is also a real estate mogul based in Indonesia.

Being married to real estate tycoons clearly has its perks since Kyle has a few lavish estates. That includes her Beverly Hills home valued at $6.99 million, a $2.35 million vacation home in La Quinta, and a mansion in Encino worth $8.2 million.

Their very public life and riches made Kyle and her family the targets of a burglary in 2017. The family was vacationing in Aspen when thieves made away with more than $1.0 million in jewelry, including $150,000 worth of watches.
