From wining a People’s Choice Award to getting a divorce from Ryan Sweeting, it has been a year of several highs and lows for Kaley Cuoco. And while the 29-year-old Big Bang Theory actress has started to rekindle her love for horses, she has also started undergoing post-divorce therapy sessions.
But it’s not the shrink therapy one would assume—newly-single Cuoco recently took her first ever cryotherapy session. (Cryotherapy is the medical practice of using freezing cold nitrogen gas to promote healthy immune system function and treat a wide range of ailments.) Cuocoshared an image of herself alongside Lucille Bryan, a cryotherapy expert, where the two of them were huddled in matching fluffy bathrobes and socks. Cuoco donned a face mask and flashed two thumbs up, while Bryan had earmuffs on and flashed a peace sign.
Cuoco captioned the photo, “Thanks @lucillebryan for my first #cryotherapy experience!!! #itwasreallyfrickencold.” The blonde beauty’s post has gotten over 30,000 likes, and some of the comments were pretty hilarious. A presumably Canadian fan wrote, “You want cryotherapy? Come to Canada in January.”Americans were not far behind as they gave examples of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Even Russian fans commented, “Come and live in Russia.”

Besides spending money on freezing herself, Cuoco has also been going back to her roots. Earlier in the day, she shared a collage of her posing with one of her horses. She is known as an animal lover, especially for dogs and horses. So it comes as no surprise that she spendsmuch of her free time at the barn. Captioning the photo,Cuocowrote, “Day off from work means a very busy day at the barn! Got all my kids out today for light hacks and trail rides…” With what her hashtags tell us, Cuoco’s “kids” are namedNetty, Rocky, Santos, and Zaza. It looks like the actress is managing just fine with her newfound single life.
