Survivor Season 33 Contestant, Jay Starrett
Where is Jay Starrett from? Justin “Jay” Starrett is a 27-year-old from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He worked as a real estate agent before joining the Vanua Millennials tribe on Survivor, and defined himself as determined, intelligent and funny. His CBS profile for Survivor states that his hobbies include skim boarding, fishing, and a variety of sports. Starrett was proud to be a Millennial ahead of the show because he believes his generation is free. “I say this because we are born in a time when anything is truly possible . . . you can chase your dreams and do things that are out-of-the-box.” One of his greatest accomplishments was purchasing a house at 25.
Jay Starrett’s mother is his inspiration. “Through everything—including past divorces and serious health issues—she still pushes forward like the little Peruvian soldier she is.” He continued to explain that his mother had 10 brain aneurysms and required surgical care for six of them, but always wakes up with a smile.
If you’re curious about Jay Starrett’s girlfriend, it appears the reality TV star is either single or very private about his love life! He’s been spending a lot of time working on the show and competing against/manipulating the other contestants in his efforts to win, so perhaps now is not the right time.
Who will win in the Survivor season 33 finale? Despite Starrett being a top pick and defining himself as “mentally strong,” and “focused on winning,” you’ll have to tune into the finale tonight on CBS to find out. The 3-hour finale begins at 8:00 p.m. EST, so make sure you don’t miss it!
