Kramer began her country music career in 2012 with her hit single, “Why Ya Wanna.” The single broke a record previously held by pop princess Taylor Swift when it climbed to no. 3 on a Country singles chart. It was also the highest debut single by any female artist ever. Kramer released her self-titled debut album, Jana Kramer the same year with Elektra Records, and Thirty-One in 2015. She has cited iconic singer, Patsy Cline as one of her biggest influences. In an interview, Kramer said, “I love acting, but my heart and soul is in singing. I’ve been terrified to pursue this dream because it’s so personal to me. If someone tells me they don’t like my voice, it’s a lot harder of a hit to take.”

The 5’4″ singer is also a talented actress. She has appeared in TV shows like Private Practice, Friday Night Lights, Entourage, Grey’s Anatomy, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY and 90210. She is best known for portraying the role of Alex Dupre in the teenage drama, One Tree Hill. Her first role in a TV show was in the daytime drama, All My Children in 2003. Kramer has been married three times, so far. Her wedding to first husband, Michael Gambino took place in Las Vegas in 2004. They annulled their marriage, and got divorced a few months later. A few years later, Kramer married her second husband, Jonathan Schaech, who is also an actor. The former couple met on the set of their movie, Prom Night in 2008. Kramer and Schaech wed two years later in 2010 in Michigan. Unfortunately, the marriage didn’t work out so well; they separated a month later, and subsequently got divorced in 2011.
In 2012, Kramer started dating fellow country music singer, Brantley Gilbert. The pair even got engaged a year later, before splitting up in 2013. Finally, Kramer began a relationship with NFL player, Mike Caussin in 2014. Caussin was a tight end for the Washington Redskins. The two met on Twitter and dated briefly, before announcing that they had split because he cheated on her. They reconciled and got married in 2015. The couple has one daughter together, but they recently announced that they had separated, after Caussin checked himself into rehab for private reasons. They parted ways after more than one year of marriage.

29-year-old Caussin retired from the NFL in 2015, after a torn ACL and a knee injury. At the time, Kramer stated that, “I’ve never been more proud of my husband for his grace and strength departing and leaving a job he loved so much, but injuries plagued his future. I do know one thing for sure, though—I have never seen him happier knowing he has a baby girl on the way!”
#5 She Has a 6-Month-Old Daughter Named Jolie Rae
Kramer gave birth to her first child with husband Mike Caussin, a daughter named Jolie Rae on January 31, 2016. Jolie Rae is six-months-old and was born in Nashville. Recently, in an Instagram post, Kramer thanked her fans for their support during her separation and credited her daughter with giving her strength. She wrote, “I just wanted to say thank you to my fans for all the love. This has been an extremely hard time, but Jolie has given me more strength than I ever thought possible. Your continued support means the world, too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
