Has the high from the nail-biting NBA Final last week finally downed? We’re sure it hasn’t. But you’re going to need all that excitement and anticipation when The Bachelorette returns tonight!
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in what was perhaps, the most intense and heart-stopping NBA Finals ever. Last week’s game made not having a brand new episode of The Bachelorette worth it. But no more delays! Is The Bachelorette on tonight? Get your viewing parties started. It’s time for The Bachelorette Week 4!
When Does The Bachelorette Air?
The Bachelorette Week 4 didn’t air last week on account of the NBA Finals. Instead, ABC aired a rerun in the usual 8 p.m. time slot. Last week, the drama that suspended filming of Bachelor in Paradise also came to a head with Corinne and DeMario issuing statements on the matter. Few people in Bachelor Nation feared that the BIP fiasco would cause more delays in the airing of a new episode of The Bachelorette.
But worry not, Bachelor Nation! What happens in paradise stays in paradise. The Bachelorette Week 4 will air tonight (June 19). When does The Bachelorette air? You know, the usual 8 p.m. EST.
What Channel is The Bachelorette On?
The show airs every Monday on ABC. Tune into ABC on your television screen, or live stream it on the network’s website. ABC has teased that some big drama is going down tonight.
To refresh your memory, the last episode of The Bachelorette ended with Eric confronting the rest of the contestants during the cocktail party. While most of the guys flag Rachel about Eric’s outbursts, that’s not the worrisome part. Lee Garrett, a contestant whose racist social media activity has come to attention recently, incites Eric. The angrier Eric gets, the more his points go down.
In the preview, Lee further adds to the drama by provoking more guys. While most of them wisely stay out of it, there’s going to be a big confrontation that prompts Rachel to make “a decision that surprises all of the bachelors.”
The Bachelorette Goes to New Heights (Caution: Spoilers)
There may be trouble in Bachelor in Paradise, but The Bachelorette is heading to a different paradise —the scenic Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Some of the dates there leave the suitors tongue-tied. And there’s also a Russell Dickerson concert date to look forward to! (Though nothing compares to the Backstreet Boys date on The Bachelor Season 21!)
Dean gets the all-important one-on-one date with Rachel, but he needs to conquer his fear of heights in order to go on it. They get a ride on the Goodyear blimp, which makes Dean nervous. Rachel saying it’s like riding a bus, but that doesn’t help him. Neither does her taking the controls and tilting the blimp dangerously to one side. Have mercy on the poor dude, Rach! We can’t help but feel extremely sorry for Dean. He’s looking for the seat-belt for crying out loud! Hopefully this date helps him get over his fear —even if they don’t ride off into the sunset!
The group date goes to a spelling bee. Yup, you read that right. Can’t get more romantic than that! Well, Rachel is a high-powered attorney, so it’s only natural she look for some smarts in her man. And spelling can be quite tough for some of these guys. Some of them look extremely nervous. A couple of them have already demonstrated their skills. A little worrisome, but definitely entertaining.
There are more roses to be given away tonight. Don’t miss The Bachelorette tonight at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
