Jeremy Renner is a family man and makes it a point to spend time with his daughter when he isn’t making back-to-back hit films like The Avengers or Mission: Impossible. And Renner’s latest social media posts show a really different, adventurous side to the actor that left fans pleasantly surprised!

First the actor shared a photo of his two-year-old, Ava—just from the back, of course—as she stood with luggage, carrying her own adorable elephant backpack. “Adventures continue,” wrote Renner in the caption, along with the hashtags, “Daddytime,” “Blessed,” and, “Andwereoff.” Fans have been wanting to get a glimpse of Renner’s daughter, but still appreciated the fact that he has kept her as sheltered from the media as he possibly can. They left comments like, “Teddy bears packed..good to do!! [sic]” “Dad of the year,” and, “Love this, its good to see more daddy time pictures on here [sic].”

Soon after, Rener posted another image, this time of himself and a friend in a truck that seemed to be stuck in snow! He explained in the caption, “Snowcat to the rescue #deeppowder #truckstuck #monstertoy [sic].” Clearly, the two men seemed to be up to some mischief as they could be seen smiling. Instagram users, though, were more shocked at where Renner was that it was snowing, rather than the fact that a monster truck just broke down in snow. One wrote, “Where can I get that much snow? It’s spring here! I can walk outside in a t-shirt [sic],” while another explained a similar situation in Germany and a third vouched for Italy.

Most recently, Renner’s fans received great news that he has been roped in to play Rocky Marciano in the boxing biopic, Undefeated: The Rocky Marciano Story. The movie will, as the name suggests, be about the undefeated boxer who retired after 49 winning streaks in the ring. Meanwhile, The Hurt Locker star is also filming a sci-fi drama alongside Amy Adams, titled, Story of Your Lifeslated for a 2016 release.
