Elizabeth Egan “Liz” Gillies was born on July 26, 1993 in Haworth, New Jersey to parents Dave and Lorrie. She has a younger brother born in 1996 and is of Italian and Irish descent. She rose to prominence when she landed a supporting role on the Nickelodeon TV show, Victorious, starring then co-star, Victoria Justice.

Back when Victorious was on the air, there may have been love in the air between the two co-stars, Gillies and British-Canadian actor, Avan Jogia. These were just rumors of course, but you can never be too sure in Hollywood! Jogia has also been reportedly linked to “Dangerous Woman” singer, Ariana Grande! When Gillies is not with her mystery boyfriend, she’s busy working on the CW’s Dynasty reboot of the hit 1980s drama series. The show follows of America’s richest families, the Colbys and the Carringtons, as they fight for control over their children and their families. According to Deadline, the series will be told through the viewpoints of two women at odds: Fallon Carrington (Gillies), daughter of billionaire Blake Carrington, and her soon-to-be stepmother, Cristal, a Hispanic woman marrying into the upper class. Ever since Fallon’s mother left the family, she has had a hard time connecting to her father and we can only imagine how hard it’s going to be with a new mother figure in the picture.
