Child star, Chloë Grace Moretz has earned a name for herself as one of the youngest and most aspiring actresses in Hollywood today. Here is a list of Chloë Grace Moretz’s new and upcoming movies in 2017.

There’s no doubt that Chloë Grace Moretz is extremely gifted in the acting department. The teen began her film career at the tender age of seven, and hasn’t looked back. Despite being only 19-years-old, Moretz has over 50 acting credits under her belt; a number that is far more than some Hollywood stars twice her age. The multi-talented artist is known for portraying a diverse range of roles, and is capable of displaying emotions more mature than her years. She was last seen in the sci-fi flick, The 5th Wave and the hilarious comedy, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising last year, that sent the box office registers ringing. After receiving her first award nomination for her debut film, The Amityville Horror in 2005, Moretz has gone on to play pivotal roles in several blockbuster movies, including Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Kick-Ass, Let Me In, If I Stay, Carrie, Hugo, and The Equalizer. The blonde beauty has amassed legions of fans for her powerhouse on screen performances, as well as her personal life—which includes dating Brooklyn Beckham. Here are Chloë Grace Moretz’s movies releasing in 2017.

Chloë Grace Moretz’s Upcoming Movies 2017

#1 November Criminals (2017)

The upcoming crime drama is based on author Sam Munson’s 2010 novel of the same name. November Criminals has been directed by Emmy Award-winning journalist, Sacha Gervasi and stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Ansel Elgort, David Strathairn and Catherine Keeper. After the cast was finalized in early 2015, filming commenced in Rhode Island and Washington during March, and wrapped up in a month’s time.

The plot revolves around an 18-year-old, high school senior named Addison Schacht (Ansel Elgot of Carrie and The Fault in Our Stars fame) who is applying for admission to the University of Chicago to study classics. As a response to his essay question about his best and worst qualities, the teenager reminisces about the troubled events of his life that include drug dealing and the brutal murder of his friend, Kevin Broadus. Chloë Grace Moretz plays the role of Phoebe, Addison’s girlfriend, whose mother is insulted by him. Indeed, November criminals promises to be an interesting watch, and we can’t wait to check it out!

#3 The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2017)

Based on the debut novel of the same name by American author, Emily M. Danforth, The Miseducation of Cameron Post is a coming-of-age story of a teenage girl from Montana. The film will be directed by Iranian-American director, Desiree Akhavan, best-known for her 2014 feature film, Appropriate Behavior. The Miseducation of Cameron Post stars Chloë Grace Moretz in the lead role as Cameron Post, a 12-year-old girl who struggles with the self-discovery of her homosexuality. The plot revolves around Post, who must move in with her conservative aunt, following her parents’ tragic death in a car accident. She then develops a relationship with her best friend and is shipped off to receive conversion therapy.

The Miseducation of Cameron Post also stars Sasha Lane, John Gallagher, Jr., Forrest Goodluck, Jennifer Ehle and Quinn Shephard in supporting roles. Filming began towards the end of last year and the movie is scheduled for release later this year. Chloë Grace Moretz had a busy 2016 and following her break up with David Beckham’s son, Brooklyn, the acting powerhouse is taking a little break from the cameras for a while. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year, Moretz stated, “I pulled the plug on all my movies because I want to reassess who I am and find myself within my roles again. I’m realizing that I can slow down.” Considering that she’s been working non-stop since she was seven, Moretz could definitely use a well-deserved break; but her fans needn’t worry because she has three movies coming out this year!
