New Album Details
The new Fifth Harmony album, titled 7/27, is due to hit shelves on May 27, 2016. Originally, the album was set to be released on May 20th, but the band pushed the release date back by a week. Their reasoning? Why not release an album titled 7/27 on the 27th of the month? Sound reasoning, if you ask us! The album is just getting the finishing touches put on it and the new release date shouldn’t be pushed back any more!
In the mean time, fans can enjoy older Fifth Harmony songs, including “Work From Home,” which the band is scheduled to perform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show tomorrow (April 29).
The announcement for the South American tour was made by Fifth Harmony member Dinah Jones yesterday (April 27) via her Twitter: “i wonder what’s happening on June 22 hmm a birthda…oh wait.. even better our SOUTH AMERICA #727TOUR BEGINS! ! [sic]”
Though the tour is limited to just South America for now, if their previous tour—the Reflection Tour, which had over 60 dates across the Americas and Europe—is any indication, there will likely be more dates added over time. We sure hope so, and we bet fans are hoping it even more!
