Charlie Sheen’s twin sons were reported missing several days ago, but were found safely on Wednesday. Sources told People that the boys are safe with their nanny and Sheen expressed to TMZ his concern for his children, but said he has no additional information about the incident. Charlie Sheen’s kids are safe after being reported missing with Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife. A source close to the family told People that Mueller went off her medications and is currently being treated for the issue. “The boys are fine and with their nanny,” the source added. Mueller and Charlie Sheen’s twins, Bob and Max (7), were allegedly seen with their mother in a bar in Salt Lake City. Mueller was reported to be barefoot and allegedly left before the police arrived, but was found attempting to get a hotel room at several locations nearby. Sheen responded to the incident telling TMZ, “I’m just trying to get my kids home safe. I have no other details that relate to the ongoing event.” According to People, Mueller had previously sought help in December 2001, when she admitted herself into a “long-term, in-patient treatment center” after being arrested for alleged possession of cocaine and assault.
