In a surprising turn of events, the Fifty Shades Darker star opted for a full-sleeved matronly looking Gucci dress. The high neckline and bustle on the front of her dress did nothing for the actress, making her look like someone who escaped from the 19th-century. The gold dress was definitely a departure from Johnson’s fire engine red dress at the 2015 Oscars.

No doubt, the Inferno star has some killer acting chops. She also portrayed one of the boldest female characters in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Unfortunately, the English actress opted for an unflattering A-line Dior gown that looked dull and pale against her complexion, landing her on the worst dressed list at the Oscars.
