Amy Crawford’s Brother Is San Francisco Giants’ Brandon Crawford
Amy Lynn Crawford was born on January 10, 1989 in Mountain View, California to Lynn and Mike Crawford. Her older brother, Brandon Crawford, plays shortstop for the San Francisco Giants. She also has two younger sisters, Kaitlin and Jenna.
Brandon and Amy grew up in Pleasanton in the San Francisco Bay area. They both attended Foothill High School, with Amy graduating in 2007.
Brandon, Amy, and Jenna attended UCLA, where they were part of the Bruins’ baseball and softball teams.
When the Astros and Giants play against each other, Amy is probably torn between who to support. But when he’s not playing himself, Brandon Crawford has been spotted cheering for his brother-in-law at games.

Amy Crawford Played Softball
The Crawford siblings are an athletic bunch. While Brandon has been a baseball star all his life, his sisters are a force in softball.
Amy picked up the sport when she was five and chose to play it throughout high school and college. In high school, she was a four-year starter at third base and earned All-State honors, among her many other achievements.
She was part of the 2010 Bruins softball team that won the Women’s College World Series that year.

Crawford and Cole Met at UCLA
Newport Beach native Gerrit Cole also made it into UCLA, where he met Amy Crawford on his first day. They grew closer, sharing the UCLA weight room together, and began dating a year later.
She was with him through every phase of his career, including when the Pittsburgh Pirates selected him in the 2011 MLB draft. Crawford was a new graduate then and starting her career in California. Which meant they were in a long-distance relationship for a while.
While his MLB career was thriving, Cole popped the question to his college sweetheart in 2015. They tied the knot the following year, on November 12, 2016, in Newport Beach.

Crawford Is a Career Coach to Athletes
Although Amy Crawford looks stunning enough to be a model, especially when she hangs out with fellow Astros WAG Kate Upton, she’s actually had very regular work experience.
While a student-athlete at UCLA, Crawford interned in sales and marketing at Spigit, a software company in San Francisco. Soon after graduating, she found a job as an account executive at Avid Ink.
Before her engagement, Crawford worked as a career coach for a couple of years. Her job was to connect student-athletes to businesses and help the students prepare for life after sports. Currently, Crawford is a recruiting manager at Essex Mortgage and also a career coach.
